For outreach agencies and their brands

Every backlink, PR hit and affiliate, in one operating system.

How outreach runs in Backlinq

Backlinq is an outreach management platform for agencies that run link building, digital PR, affiliate and Reddit programs for their clients. It replaces the outreach spreadsheet with a shared workspace: a prospect list with a named owner per target, statuses that everyone reads the same way, threaded deal approvals between the agency and the brand, and a won list of live placements that feeds reporting.

One prospect list with real ownership

Every outreach target, whether it is a guest post site, an affiliate partner, a journalist or a subreddit, is added by a team member who becomes its owner. The record holds the domain, the activity type, the point of contact, the pricing model (fixed fee or affiliate commission), the current status and the date it last changed. Contact details stay private to the agency unless the account owner chooses to reveal them to a specific brand, so a shared list never leaks a relationship.

Approvals happen in a thread, not a status cell

When a publisher replies, the agency sends the deal to the brand for approval. The brand gets an in-app notification and an email, opens the deal, sees the site, the price and the proposed placement, and answers in the same thread. The agency is notified the moment they do. Nothing depends on somebody noticing a cell that says waiting for approval.

Won placements roll into reporting

Approving a deal and publishing the placement moves it to the won list with the source page, the live backlink, the anchor text and the date it was verified. Rejections, by the brand or by the publisher, are kept in their own view so nothing quietly disappears. The dashboard totals placements, approvals pending and rejections across every client, filtered by date range and exportable to CSV.

Reddit and AEO as first-class channels

Reddit programs get their own structure: the list of subreddits the agency works in, post topics for the brand to review before anything is published, and the threads that went live. Because AI answer engines lean heavily on community discussion and third-party mentions, the same records that prove a link-building month also show where a brand is becoming citable.

Frequently asked questions

What is Backlinq?
Backlinq is an outreach management platform for agencies. It tracks backlink, digital PR, affiliate and Reddit outreach for each client, handles brand approvals in a thread, and reports won placements from one dashboard.
Who is it for?
Outreach and SEO agencies that run campaigns for multiple brands, and the brands themselves, who get their own read-only view of pipeline, approvals and won placements.
Which outreach channels does it support?
Backlinks and guest placements, digital PR, affiliate partnerships and managed Reddit programs. Each target is tagged with its activity type, so reporting splits by channel.
Can we import an existing outreach spreadsheet?
Yes. Backlinq imports a list of domains with activity, point of contact, status, notes and backlink URL, and merges rows that already exist instead of duplicating them.
How does pricing per placement work?
Each outreach target can carry either a fixed fee in dollars or a percentage commission for affiliate deals. The price travels with the deal into the approval thread and into exports.
Do brands see the agency's contact details?
No. Brands see the site and the name behind a placement. Emails, phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles stay with the agency unless they are explicitly revealed for that client.
